"Not going back ever"

The staff were lovely

The Tv did not work properly, and there were no Instrucions for heating, There was a missing mattress, and the couch was disgusting also dining chairs broken and a huge cracked floor tile in bathroom which was a hazard.

"Bloody mess"

Nothing the room was a mess. bloody linens, missing mattress, dirty towels, toothbrush, & contact lenses laying around. Not even close to pictures on line.

"Glasgow Away Days"

Flat was spacious and clean

Television didnt work and the washing machine door was missing otherwise it was perfect
