Fantastic location, close to Sandsend beach.

The location

The TV in the main living area was not functioning properly with very limited channels. The other TVs were basically NOW TV based. The internet was very poor in terms of speed barely worth bothering with.

It needed maintenance on bulbs and broken toilet roll Holder Very old tv in living room so not practical for internet connection. Fine for bedrooms. Doors and windows need maintenance as some very hard to open and close in main living space No outdoor space

excellent location, great for family and the dogs

Extremely comfortable and perfect location for us. Walks from the door so no need to use the car all the time and great for walking the dog. Very clean and tidy and 2 bathrooms. All amenities close by so best of both worlds.

There were no negatives for us.

it was really relaxing and lovely to walk the dogs around the lake in the morning

we parked our cars in the car park after we had unloaded,one of which was hit by another car and we were not told, but the neighbours parked at the property and left their cars there one was disabled and that was fine but the other wasn't and it was right at the top of our steps so we couldn't get out .we put a note on their window to ask them to move.
