Casada's House

The property was the most well equipped holiday accommodation we have ever stayed at. Towels, beach mats, parasols, beach bags, cool bags etc were provided for guests use. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were snacks, tea, coffee and water provided as well. It's a very attractive apartment with two lovely terraces to sit outside in. The location is great; close to two different beaches (we preferred Maria Pia but went to both) The apartment is also a short bus ride into the Old town (10 mins or so) and a nice walk or cycle along the seafront (we were there in August so only did the walk in the evening due to the heat!) The pool in the apartment complex was also really lovely. The host that met us was very friendly and very helpful, the welcome pack had lots of useful information.

I can't really think of anything negative to say....we would recommend the apartment to any of our friends.

Very well prepared for the whole family house, with all (or even more), than You need, 100 m from the beautiful and quiet area, nearby numerous, small local restaurants and pubs, natural forest to take a rest. 1h walk thourgh the beautiful beach to the old town (really worthy). Very friendly and helpful hostess and the guide she created for guests about Alghero and Sardinia is exemplary for travel portals. Great location for exploring Alghero and the west coast of Sardinia! The apartment is beautifully presented, modern and very clean. What sets it apart is the service from the owners - they were fantastic! They ensured that the apartment had everything you could possibly need, and more. They provided extremely useful information for the area in a well presented pack and were always just a message away.

We had a wonderful stay at Casada’s House and happily recommend it. A home away from home with everything you might want including bikes, bbq, beach gear and a generous welcome pack. Yolanda and Luigi took time to recommend beaches and sights from their own excellent guide. Thank you.

Very minor - the complex entrance (road) was a bit ‘tired’ in contrast to the apartment itself which was fresh, modern and clean.

We had wonderful stay in Casada's house for a week. It's in a very good and quiet location, where everything is close...the sea, promenade, restaurants, shops, even center of Alghero is accessible in few minutes with bike (which is provided). The house is extremely well equiped (Iolanda blew our minds with thinking about everything) with everything you need, so you should only pack your clothes ;) What we found very useful is terrace on both sides of the house, so you can find nice shade during the day if you need. It's great place to stay with small kids. Grazie mille Iolanda!

Everything, It was spotless clean, Greeted by the hosts with a bottle of wine and biscuits.

Casada House felt very cosy. We were able to relax in a family environnent privately while still having the pleasure of speaking to neighbours guests at the pool and our lovely hosts who were very helpful with suggestions for Wine , food and adventures. The kitchen and cooking facilities are welll thought out with all the small details to make anything possible ( including a prepacked picnic lunch for the Mugoni Beach or aperitif by the Ocean across the road). There were many Beach accessories which were thoroughly enjoyed by children teenagers and adults as well as decent wifi. The local produce and Wine are wonderful and are available everywhere including markets and supermarkets which encourages dinners on the balconies. There are a number of wonderful restaurants, Beach cafés and popular bars near by that are great for having festivitas for all ages but the property is sufficiently far from the Road so it is not dominanted by the Sounds of nightlife. The Washing machine and cleaning supplies were also at hand in every form so as to maintain the apartments cleanliness an attribute to the Independent atmosphere.

Nothing I can think of. Perhaps the Outdoor Roller Blind Awning or Sun Cloth would be handy in front of the House.

Casada's House exceeded our expectations. The apartment is clean and modern made homely with lovely decor touches. So well thought out and stocked that everything we could think that we needed, we found. Yolanda and Luigi are exceptional hosts: friendly and helpful, and enthusiastic for their guests to have a great holiday. The location is brilliant for beach, pool and restaurants. Alghero is easily reached by bus. I couldn't Casada's House too highly! Thank you so much, Yolanda and Luigi!

Casada's house is in the perfect location, seconds from a beautiful beach and plenty of fabulous restaurants. The hosts were amazing, very responsive, and so helpful. They took time to show us around the property and gave us so many great recommendations of where to go and what to see on our holiday. So much thought and love went into this home - spotlessly clean, some lovely decorative personal touches, comfortable, and the hosts had left us more than ample supplies for breakfast which was very much appreciated as we arrived late the first day. Thank you both for looking after us so well!!

I can't think of a single thing we did not like about our stay!
