Warm. Useful and unexpected welcome pack of food. Real coffee (but no cafetière to make it). Great view. Comfortable bed. Close to Portaferry.

Everything. The location was perfect. Everything was supplied, including a lovely welcome pack. The bed was so comfortable. We loved the separate BBQ and firepit.owner came and checked everything was ok,which it was.
