"Passable"

we were told there would be a spare key and there wasn’t. We were also told that the heating would be turned on and it wasn’t

It felt a bit isolated and if in a vacant area

"Comfortable but wouldn’t return."

6.0

Good location

There is a five hour gap between departing and arriving, I assume to clean, but it wasn’t very clean, a lot of dust and cobwebs.

"Great place for titanic fans, very close to downtown."

7.0

Very nice Titanic Theme based decor and ambiance. Good quality furniture. Hosts are very helpful and gave good suggestions about local area. Kitchen is tiny but had all appliances.

The rooms are small for such a bulky furniture. Nit much room to roam around. Kitchen is tiny. Tea Kettle in the kitchen seems very old. Staircase is narrow to carry big bags around.

"Nice home, well situated in relation to things to do."

7.0

The home is charming. You can tell it has history from the are and building style. Close to many things to do, walking distance from the Titanic Exhibition, which is a must see, also close to grocery shopping.

There isn’t much parking unless you’re already brilliant driving and parking in the UK. Road noise is a definite thing here, the road in front is busy at all hours.

"Great value Belfast base"

10.0

It might not feel central as such, but the location is surprisingly good - an easy walk in different directions will get you to the vast majority of Belfast attractions, big shops, and the main nightlife area (but don't overlook the American Bar just downstairs). The retro arcade games are a bonus but the basics are all there, too.

"Exceptional"

10.0

Really spacious, has absolutely everything you need for a long weekend or a longer holiday like the washing machine and tumble dryer which is great especially when you have kids. The beds were super comfortable too.

The kettle leaks from the front of it but apart from that everything was brilliant
