The shower had problem but they fixed it straight away
PLA very good location, close to all the main attractions in Città Alta. The bus stop is about 500 meters from the studio, making it easy to get there from the airport. Contact with the owner was easy and hassle-free. The bathroom was new, quite small but adequate for a short stay.
The window overlooks the hallway inside the building, making the room dark even during the day. The curtains are quite thin, allowing light from the hallway to filter in at night, making it difficult to sleep. It would be worth considering thicker curtains to better block out the light. The studio is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, but unfortunately, there's no kettle. There's limited cutlery and plates, which are made of plastic and not suitable for microwave use. There was only one ceramic mug and one glass in the studio during my stay. A good improvement would be to equip the studio with more tableware.

PLLocalization was great, just a few minutes of walk to the center of citta alta. Thanks to the host recommendations I was able to eat local food in some nice restaurants. Room was clean, with a comfortable bed, mini fridge and a microwave. Bathroom is new, there were no problems with it.
There were two pretty big problems with that place. Firstly, there was no wi-fi but also the phone internet coverage was poor inside, so often I had too go outside to check buses, for example. Second thing is the window to the corridor. Every time someone turn on the light there, the room is illuminated, what can be disrurbing in the night.
