"Unpleasant customer service"

Shoo the house is Beautiful and clean. The location was excellent wush could stay for more days .

We were a group of 10 ladies and when they said 5 bedrooms we thought all was upstairs. We were very dissatisfied and disappointed and 2 ladies had to sacrifice and sleep downstairs which is more of a servants quarter. Not impressed at at and Tessa did not make me aware of that. Again Tessa did not give us a good service had to nag her for information which was pertinent to our stay . Send her messages and called her . She ou responded after days. The only time she responded quickly was when it involves invoice and when she needs payment which I did immediately. I asked her fir the qoute of breakfast she took ages ti responded ended up providing our own lucky there was spar . To think it was my birthday wanted it to be special to me and my friends. The guy assigned yo our house Levi was excellent and available for assistance we requested throughout our stay. The house is very nice but 8 people unless people travel with nannies.

"The property is great but all the hassle and disappointments ruin the stay."

Location was beautiful with a nice view.

The Jacuzzi was not working properly and the Pool was quite chilly for the time of year (summer). The children only went in the Pool once….. I was disappointed. When we arrived there was a sewer smell in the house. They wanted to fix it during our stay even though they knew of the problem before our arrival. In morning of our second day our host accompanied by a cleaning lady showed up inside the premises without prior notice or request if we required additional cleaning. I was standing there just before 09 o’clock in my underwear…… were is the privacy?! The rest of the family still in bed?? The necessary deposit is also a nerve recking process, still not returned after 2 weeks. Paid by creditcard but returned by bank transfer and still waiting.

The house is roomy , well laid out and equipped .we had wonderful time, and catastrophe with car key solved by Levy from VIP ended our bridge getaway on high note. Long live Levy!
