the house is very cute, well equipped. the location is perfect.

Krásný útulně zařízený a dobře udržovaný dům na klidném místě s pěknou zahradou a výhledem na moře.

Comfortable, cute little place within easy walking distance of the beach ( pebble of course , one stretch unguarded and one with lifeguards) . Loved having a garden and being able to sit out on the terrace . You can glimpse the ocean from the terrace and while maybe not the panoramic ocean views that you get from properties higher up- advantage is that you don’t have a big climb back up from the beach. Kitchen modern and well equipped. Plenty of restaurants and also small supermarkets within easy walking distance.

We were there beginning of august and without air conditioning it was very hot at night - even with all the windows open ( good mosquito nets on main windows) it was hard to get cool at night. Couch was not comfortable for sitting but no big deal.

Perfect location, a little outside Funchal but close to supermarket and restaurants. Communication with Miguel/Simone was perfect, keys delivered upon arrival with all explanations. Comfortable house (perfect for our party of one adult and two teenage boys) with amazing view. Free parking in the street. It is the ideal location to venture out and discover the island.

Although the beds are ok, they seem a bit dated (but that didn't prevent us from sleeping well). We were missing a pair of scissors and a cheese grater in the kitchen (which again didn't prevent us from cooking :-) )
