The accommodation is extremely clean. When you enter the apartment, you will feel such a nice smell. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. The owner has provided secure parking. The apartment is located very close to the old town. The owner gave us very detailed information that was extremely useful for visiting Matera. We also listened to him regarding restaurant recommendations. All in all a very pleasant experience. My warm recommendations for this accommodation. If we go to Matera again, I will definitely stay here.

Perfectly clean. The owner is a wonderful person. He assisted us with our bags and gave us tips for the city. They have a large parking lot for your car and it is quite easy to park. Great location, only a 10-minute walking to the old city. Благодарам. Grazzie mille. 🇲🇰 🇮🇹

Warm and lovely welcome from Pino, who allowed us to check in early and gave us a great tour of the house and of Matera, designing an itinerary for us on a map and describing everything we needed to know and giving recommendations. The apartment is spacious, sparkling clean, and furnished with every jug you need. The little details provided by the hosts really made the stay extra wonderful. Highly highly recommend.

Excellent location and good parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host could not do enough to provide information and advice.

We liked so many things for a short 2 night stay. The host, the host, the host! If only everyone was this kind & helpful. He met us in person to get us settled, ensured we understood everything & guided us to the private parking spot right behind the building. So easy & great to have! The apartment was spotless, comfortable and we appreciated all the snacks, drinks and breakfast items like yogurt, fruit and juice. It was relatively quiet at night (only a bit of noise from apartment above) and we loved the shutters to keep the room dark. The balcony is large & fantastic in the afternoon/evening. There's also a large clothes lines if you need to hand wash/dry anything. The neighborhood was great, with a small convenience store across the road and a Windtre Cellular, where we decided to get an Italy SIM card. It was about a 1km walk into the Sassi...very do-able as long as you're a healthy walker, since you also do a ton of walking once you get there!

That I couldn't stay longer, learn Italian and be adopted by the family. :)

The host was very helpful and obliging. The kitchen facilities were very good and a lot of food was left for us.

Very good location, parking space for a car. The owner is very friendly person, gave us many recomentadions for Matera. Breakfast was also good. We enjoyed our stay.
