Most of all the wonderful things, we were welcome by ROCCO an amazing cordial and helpful person. Someone you can’t find enough words to THANK!!!!! He was so KIND in help us with the ride from and to the station. Believe me that when you are over 65 this makes all the difference.

I really enjoyed the ambiance of this location. The property manager helped us be at ease and was willing to help and offer handy advice. The apartment was very enjoyable.

The bed made a lot of noise for even the smallest normal movement. (Squeaky bed frame.) Another important point - this wasn't something that bothered us, but the location of the accommodation made it so that the acoustics of the area really entered the property (someone having a conversation outside the apartment literally sounded like it was happening inside). This might be something a light sleeper needs to take into account.

You're at Duomo Plaza so everything is close. Host is great, place looks renovated.

Adorable little cave house in the historic center of Matera, 2 steps away from the Duomo. Everything needed was there and even more. Very well heated thoroughly (it was winter, so it’s important). I especially appreciated the towels heater in the bathroom, very convenient.

The apartment is in a great location, very clean, and it was easy to communicate with the owner. The owner explained where you could park for free. However, parking was a 10 minute walk away.

There was no toilet seat, and whilst the shower had excellent water pressure, it is very small and it took a long time for the water to drain away.

The apartment was located in the best area of Matera. We did have to park the car outside of the old city, we paid 20€ per day. The apartment was very well equipped and the hot water in the shower was very nice. For the price, the place was excellent

My husband thought the bed was a little uncomfortable (the pillows), the internet was not the best but you are staying inside of a cave, no air conditioning - for me it is fine - my husband has asthma so it was a little hard on him, in the hotter months it may be uncomfortable, but for me it was fine

Excellent location with everything you could need. Perfect for a stay in beautiful Matera

The position was great,just next to the Cathedral in the center. The owner took us by his car from no payment parking and helped with luggages. The apartment has a okll necessary facilities you need.

We were lucky because outside was not so hot. But in very hot days it may not be enough only the fun for mooving the air inside.

The owner was awesome and collected me from the FLIX bus stop. Room was clean and in a great spot by Piazza Duomo. Handy to supermarket, sassi area ,everything.
