"Fabulous oasis in the centre of the city."

WOW !!!! This property is the epitome of luxury & comfort. So much thought into every detail / need, from ear plugs to triple glazing. Lovely sofa (or either bed, ps - so comfy ) in front of Netflix - much appreciated after a long day exploring this historic city. Great coffees abundant, welcoming edible gifts even a bottle of bubbles in the fridge. Ample little kitchen for cooking up something. Excellent shower with toiletries. Riccardo & his lovely team greeted us on arrival offering great local info - so welcoming, thank you for that ! Perfectly placed just around the corner to most historic sites too. Sangiuliano holiday home is a real treat - absolutely NOT to be missed.

Not a thing ! Wished we stayed longer.

We were super happy with our stay in Catania! The hosts were amazing and were so helpful with recommendations for restaurants, tourist spots and even little snacks left in the apartment - could not have asked for more. Always on hand for any questions we had - the personal touch genuinely made our stay. The apartment was more than we expected and the location was perfect! If you want an ideal place to stay in Catania - look no further.

the host is absolutely hospitable! for my family the atmosphere is at the top of our trip and here 100 out of 100. nice design, very clean, feels like in a new apartment. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail and with style. From cutlery to soundproofing and netflix ;)

the owner left a lot of sweets))) Noisy street on Saturday evening - good soundproofing saved.

Amazing apartment we have stayed 4 nights , location is perfect with a lots of restaurants and shops around . Owners are amazing they recommended lots of goods restaurants and guides how to get to many places. Apartment was nice and clean and very cozy , air con and well equipped kitchen . All was amazing !! Thank you again :)

We rented a car but to find a parking space was a big challenge .
