Location. Kitchen is pretty nice but needs a few more utinsels and would be better if there were instructions for operating cook top.

Advertises a balcony, a terrace, a patio but they are NOT there. The key does not fit the lock for patio in back off alley shown in on-line pictures and there was no entrance from unit. Also advertises clothes drying rack but studio is TOO SMALL to set up drying rack inside (without folding up bed) and NO access to terrace outside. Also advertises 24-hour service but NOT so. Host not very responsive either. I had problems with no hot water, no instructions for cooktop, no WiFi instructions. I used a couple hours of my time getting attention of host and dealing with those things. Kitchen could be better equipped no dish towel or paper towels and dirty grease and meat juice on pan in oven.

Very-very good location right in the city centre, decent bathroom, sufficient kitchen.

The windows face the neighbor’s yard, might be uncomfortable for people who want intimate atmosphere. The frying pan didn’t have a lid. It also hadn’t been vacuumed under the sofa.

We had a fantastic stay at these apartments. The host was incredibly hospitable and provided detailed instructions for contactless check-in. Additionally, the neighbors were wonderful and helped us get settled in as well. The apartments are very close to the city center and are extremely comfortable for living. We highly recommend these apartments to everyone.

The accommodation is near to the city center, clean, well equipped place. Accommodation consist of a good size room and bathroom. It is ideal for couples

The AC is quite noisy and controlled was not working.

In place of sofa bed, a queen size bed would be more comfortable. But since, it is a studio, its alright. Just my personal opinion

Really nice studio in the city center. Small but cozy and good equipped. Sofa bed is really comfortable. Good quality for reasonable price in the heart of Italian lifestyle.
