Great location, superb views, lovely house well thought out.

House needs a thorough cleaning, looked clean enough at first glance, but unfortunately, went downhill from there. The mezzanine surround was so dusty you could write your name on it, the top of the kitchen units & beams also very dusty, ceiling kitchen fan is black. The Master bedroom curtain is faded and stained, the headboard was very dusty. Intermittent fault with the light in the master ensuite so you ended up having a shower in the dark! The fridge froze our milk even though it was only set on 1. Cracked glassware in the cupboard, stained worktops. The outside tiles on the balcony off the main living area are cracked or broken, wooden trim is either coming off or missing on the house. Garden edging is either missing or thrown on the flower beds. Flower beds and paths full of weeds. Some serious TLC needed to bring it back up to scratch to warrant the booking costs, which was a shame as the house itself is great.
