Very comfortable and well appointed. Found it hard to find at nighttime as no street lights. Suggest the sign at the road is lit by a solar light.

Great location (we did not have a car, so this was important) and views

In general, the breakfast lived up to expectations and included most of what was to be included. I did enjoy, the healthiness of most of the products. For instance, multigrain bread, a healthy choice type yogurt, lite milk, free range eggs, tasteful blueberries and lovely bananas. The house was beautifully designed and appointed, which provided the perfect atmosphere as a beachside retreat. The views are to die for, and in combination with the interior and exterior house design, led me to think I had come to paradise!

The breakfast was supposed to include nuts and snacks from memory, but these weren't with the breakfast bag of goodies. While there was every possible cleaning and washing product available, there were no directions anywhere for how to use the washing machine, dishwasher, dryer or modern coffee maker. There was also no readily available clothes drying frame, and as I was there for 4 days that would have been helpful. There is a steep driveway and 21 steps up to the entrance of the house, and while that did not present any real problem for me, for anyone older than 72 years, that could have been an issue. There were plenty of coffee options, but a few more English Breakfast tea bags would have been lovely!

The only thing is the house rocks when someone is walking around inside or up and down the stairs. Thought we were still drunk 🤣

Location was perfect so close to restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, wee supermarkets and a couple of wineries. Space was good. Wifi, Netflix and the only aircon that was in the lounge all worked well. We had no problems with parking our RAV 4. Great views of the bays. Beds were comfy - perhaps they had fixed this issue up. Linens were great. The house was well supplied with tea/coffee/paper towels/condiments, spices, oils/detergents/teatowels/toilet rolls and shampoo/conditioners etc. Agency managing the accom was always pleasant and responded quickly to queries or concerns. We hired a car from them, picking it up from the ferry terminal which was great but soon found out that the remote control for it needed a new battery but they quickly replaced it for us. One thing to note, we had numerous issues of them sending us information which we never received (nothing in junk/span either) so you may need to keep asking them for details and in our case had to ask them to resend to another email address. Wonderful stay and thank you for the free bottles of water.

Needs a good spring clean to avoid sticky cupboard surfaces/handles and sweep the numerous cobwebs away. The clothes line would've been more functional if the plants below weren't so high.

Fantastic views. Plenty of space. Lots of games. Easy walk to shops. Really helped to have hired a vehicle. Could get all around the island and try different beaches.
