"Wonderful"

Romeo's place is wonderful. Although he couldn't be there in person we were met by his friend Giuliana who gave us the keys and explained everything. The property is at the back of a courtyard and lovely little garden, very quiet and well equipped with everything you need. It was spotlessly clean. It is a short walk to a lovely bakery, a fruit & veg shop around the corner and a variety of bars and restaurants in a little square. Via Roma also has a pizza pop-up at weekends - the best pizza we had in a long time. The main town square, church and shore of Cabras lagoon are a few steps away. Romeo kept in touch to make sure everything was fine.

Our only complaint is that the WiFi connection was very slow and kept dropping. To be fair, it could have been a fault which Romeo would have been able to fix had he been there - his absence was due to a stay in hospital and as mobile data was available it was not a major issue.

"Lovely Villa 🥰"

The villa was lovely. It had everything you needed. It was nice sitting outside in the garden area having an afternoon drink. Close to restaurants. Torre Grande beach area was a 5 to 10 minute drive away, nice to sit on the beach having a cocktail watching the sunset. You do need a car to get to the lovely beaches. We usually found a car park outside the house.

Nothing to complain about. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet Romeo in person as he was having an elbow operation. But I thank him for all he did from his hospital bed. 🙏
