Von Beginn an eine hervorragende Kommunikation. Dieses Niveau zieht sich dann durch. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig renoviert worden und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Dachterrasse mit Außenküche ist sensationell. Von dort aus kann man den Blick toll über das Tal bis zum Meer schweifen lassen.

Etwas kompliziert sind die schmalen Gassen auf dem Weg hoch zur Wohnung. Typisch eben für ein ligurisches Dorf. Das macht den Charme aus, kostet aber manchmal Nerven, wenn man mit einem größeren Auto unterwegs ist. Top ist aber, dass zur Wohnung ein eigener Parkplatz gehört, von dem man aus nur ein paar wenige Meter laufen muss.
