Lovely quiet neighbourhood with a play park for our boys just across the road. The water pressure in the shower is amazing and we never seemed to run out of hot water - must be a combi boiler.

Very little. Missing hallway lampshades perhaps - but you really don't notice that - it just seems odd given everything else is immaculate.
