The location is great. The view from the terrace is very nice.

Most of all I was very disappointed with the way Silvia, the girl that checked us in on this property. She was very rude and not trying or at least pretending to care. She gave us directions to the property and got our money without explaining that it is impossible to find parking anywhere in the proximity of this apartment before 10 pm or so. Do not go there if you’re driving. It’s very difficult to find parking. The walk to the apartment is not a 3 minutes’ walk like she says and the place is not easy to find. I would never go back to this apartment, but I would go back to Ostuni. A different host would make a big difference. If you booked this place, don’t pay until you get a parking spot and you see the apartment. Try to talk to someone else, not with Silvia. She is very rude and unprofessional.

The house is nice, but had minor issues, like blown fuse that caused power outage and missing power adapter that I had to find to use washer. The hosts are very nice and property managed by company in town. So you have to meet them to pay and check-in before going to the house. The house has a beautiful view of town and sea.

Mouldy bathroom and leaky shower

Beautifully renovated and decorated apartment with a view over the countryside. In walking distance to the heart of centro storico, lots of cafés and busy streets. The main bed was very comfortable, communication with the host was smooth. The shower was very nice and there was even a washing maschine. Really a beautiful experience to be in such a beautiful apartment!

As the apartment is inside the forts of the town, the walls are thick and there was nearly no phone service and wifi was not provided. The additional bed for 3rd/4th person is very stiff and loud when moving at night. The room got quite cold at night but you can use the provided heater.
