Fantastic location - very quiet and close to beach. Easy to access Bird watching sites in North Norfolk. Cosy for two with plenty of crockery/kitchen equipment. Owners contacted us several times by text to check all was OK and advise us of work going on one day.

Couldn't find any instructions re. heaters/cooker etc. or for recycling - an obvious folder with this info in would be really helpful. Lack of spare usable socket in the bedroom if heater plugged in (at least I couldn't find one). A slight "doggy" smell when we first arrived (but disappeared once heating was on and caravan warmed through).
