What an incredible fantastic holiday we had! Many thanks also to the dear great attentive brothers Manuel & Silvio Who do this so super well together ❤️ What a wonderful place to be here! And you have the whole house and plot (it's really mega big!) for yourself with a lot of privacy. The panoramic view is overwhelming I was able to enjoy this so much listening to so many beautiful birds even heard a nightingale. For the first time in a long time also seen fireflies so nice all those little lights in the garden in the evening. The holiday home is also really great about everything but then everything is thought it has such a good vibe you feel right at home. Everything you need plus more is there incredible! It is so incredibly clean and everything super maintained. The bed is blissfully the sofa is super nice which I think is really important. The location is also top close to Lake Trasimeno. And so many beautiful cities and picturesque villages it doesn't get more Italian. Umbria is really beautiful with its beautiful high viewpoints and is so green💚 You can get the groceries nearby at 3 km there are many shops and restaurants nearby. In summary, everything is there to have a perfect holiday for young and old! And our dog also really enjoyed it. If you are already looking at this holiday home I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Nos gustó todo. La casa es ideal y el jardín es una maravilla. De los mejores alojamientos que hemos tenido. Además ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. Una gozada despertar y no escuchar nada más que el silencio y los pájaros. También tiene unas vistas preciosas sobre todo los días de niebla. Cerca de supermercados y con todos los puntos turísticos accesibles cerca. Y cómo no, decir que los hermanos Silvio y Manuel nos han atendido en todo momento decir que los manera rápida y amable. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.

No tener más días para disfrutarlo

spędziliśmy wspaniały czas, 11 dni u schyłku sezonu. Gospodarze poświęcili nam dużo czasu na zapoznanie z obiektem i byli wsparciem w trakcie. Dom jest bardzo przestronny i komfortowy choć nie jest nowoczesny i to jest jego zaletą; jego pełne wyposażenie i użytkowość jest typowa dla prawdziwego włoskiego mieszkalnictwa. Teren na którym jest umiejscowiony zapewnia zarówno dobrą komunikację z miastem jak i ciszę oraz prywatność do wypoczynku. Widok ze zbocza jest niesamowity o każdej porze dnia i w nocy. Jest to takie miejsce gdzie chciałoby się wrócić, z przekonaniem też polecamy je każdemu znajomemu na dobry niespieszny wypoczynek. Hasło gospodarzy "Twoje wakacje w Umbrii, zielonym sercu Włoch" w pełni oddaje ducha miejsca.

Our cordial hosts met us and showed us the property features. A well-equipped kitchen, with a microwave, made full meal preparation in the house very easy. Excellent A/C units and a good washing machine (with instructions in English) compete the whole house experience. The WiFi was excellent and fast. An interesting hill side area of single-family homes on 1+acre properties. Beautiful between Perugia and Largo Trasimeno with many lovely villages to visit.

Really lovely property, good location, very quiet and relaxing. Property owners were very welcoming, helpful and checked out how we were getting on without being intrusive. I would thoroughly recommend this property and would not hesitate booking again.

I really loved the hosts Manuel and Silvio - thank you for such a warm welcome! The house is amazing, it is not smth built for rental purposes, it is a real family home & we felt it in every corner - could easily imagine to be living there. The views from huge windows in the morning, big garden very well equipped to enjoy the breakfast or any other stay outside, very calm & relaxed location, kitchen had everything you need, very spacious and clean home. Just loved it and would go back any time!

Our stay was too short to enjoy it all! :)
