"it would have scored a 10 out of 10 if the hot tub situation had been made clear, very disappointed grand children"

cleanliness, warm and welcoming when we arrived with lights on the Christmas tree sparkling away, loads of space and a super well equipped kitchen

£220 for the cost of the hot tub, whilst the small print indicates an extra charge which you expect to cover cleaning costs etc, it did not explain that the property no longer has one of its own and one has to be hired in.
