It was very spacious.

One of the water heaters didn't work and due to that we had only one shower for 17 persons.

Such a nice lady. Beautiful house. So cozy but fancy at the same time. Very spacious. Loved the bedding.

Location because it was next to the train rails and if you want to sleep it can be loud but it didn’t really bother me but for some of my friends.

House is big, it has 2 kitchens and a lot of rooms. Our group was 18 people and space was more than enough. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service. I recommend this guest house :)

I was celebrating my birthday with friends. Enough space for everyone, spacious rooms. We were able to scream and listen to music all night long.

It wasn’t mentioned that there is 150€ deposit so i had to go to the ATM It also wasn’t mentioned that hot tub is not included in price an that it is available for additional price

Perfect place for a company , comfortable location, easy to find and park a car , house is quite big , with a lot of space by the table and all necessary for celebration - like dishes, clean bed sheets, fridge and so on. Very good outside terrace, quite surrounding and fresh air .

First and foremost, the communication with the hosts was abysmal. They frequently contradicted themselves, with conflicting information between the booking platform and their personal messages. On top of this, they were unnecessarily hostile, even going so far as to threaten to call the police without a valid reason, which was both alarming and unprofessional. The house itself was poorly equipped. Basic cleaning supplies like a broom or cloths were missing, so if you spill or break something, you’re out of luck. There were no paper towels, large bowls for meat, or vases for flowers. The BBQ grill was in terrible condition, and there were no skewers or proper tools for grilling. Even worse, there were no lights outside near the gazebo, leaving the area in complete darkness at night. The level of hygiene and maintenance was also below standard. The sink was clogged, and the house was stocked with the cheapest toilet paper, which is unacceptable given the high price. Additionally, the hosts charged extra for additional guests, even when there were no extra beds provided, making the charge feel unjustified. Check-out was set at 11 a.m., even though guests are required to clean the house themselves before leaving, and the hosts insisted on a late 5 p.m. check-in, claiming they needed time to clean beforehand. This arrangement was both inconvenient and poorly managed. Lastly, the host’s behavior was unaccommodating and dismissive. They would switch to speaking Latvian, a language we didn’t understand, further complicating communication. Overall, this stay was far from pleasant and not worth the cost. I strongly advise against booking this property.

The hosts were very kind and helpful before and during our stay. The house is big and has enough space for everyone even though it could have a big dining table. We really liked that it is a bit further from the city, which allowed to see bright Northern lights and enjoy quietness in the hot tub. Before we went there, I was a bit scared of the train mentioned in other reviews, but we barely heard it, it did not bother even the most sensitive ones from our group. :) It was also quick and easy to take the train to the city as the station is nearby. There were some appliances that did not work, but the owner was trying to look into it. And the most interesting part - there were 86 decorative pillows in the house! I believe it should be taken as a Guinness World record :)

The house needs some maintenance as there are lots of broken tiles, broken chairs and not enough glasses and plates for a big group, not mentioning that they were not the same type or size. Towels and bed sheets had a bad smell, where we believe it was from not being used for a long time. As mentioned above, some of the appliances did not work, which could have been checked before arrival, yet we found our way without it :) It was not a problem for us, just more as information - there are only two private bedrooms in a big house, others are walk-through.
