"Lovely property in a great location to explore surrounding areas 😊"

Location was great. Approximately 15 mins from Norwich town centre and under an hour to get to the coastal towns. It was clean and spacious.

Unfortunately there were a lot of midges in the courtyard but obviously this can’t be helped as the property is near a lake. It didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property.

We loved our stay at The Courtyard. Zena the host was so helpful and communicated well with us. Loved how the cottage was not just dog friendly but Digby was well catered for! Will use again.

Fantastic location. The courtyard was well equipped and a lot bigger than we expected. Well maintained, with very nice decor. Nick and Zena were really friendly and ensured our stay was a very pleasant one!

So spacious for 2 adults and a Dog. Great surroundings near a lake. Really lovely and set away from anywhere. Property has everything!

Very roomy and comfortable. Kitchen was very wellaquiped. Pretty setting. Childrena park.

Too many notes left by the host everywhere. Although it was clean. They had not dusted away the spiders webs which were everywhere.

Beautiful setting but very accessible to other areas of Norfolk/Suffolk and the vibrant Norwich nightlife. Bed was very comfortable!

Nothing really just could have had some blackout blinds to have darker mornings!

"A last minute necessary trip was made far more comfortable"

Zena was quick to communicate with me. It was a last minute trip. I didn't initially know the exact number of guests I would arrive at the property with and had booked for four adults. When we actually arrived there were five of us needing accommodation. Zena had a vacant property available and didn't hesitate to make it available to us. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to make our stay relaxing. The surroundings are lovely with nice walks around the grounds. We were travelling with a small dog who was made equally as welcome. Everything was provided for his comfort too; a bed, treats, a towel, a toy and waste bags.

There was nothing not to like.
