Casa Marisa

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Marisa! The family environment was a highlight, with the hosts creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Their hospitality was exceptional, always attentive and friendly, adding a personal touch to the experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the coast while still being close to local restaurants and shops. Overall the vibe was cozy yet vibrant. I’d highly recommend Casa Marisa for anyone seeking a friendly, beachside retreat!

The host was very friendly and location was very nice. It wasn’t a touristic corner, so you could feel the atmosphere of the town. Mondello beach is a fantastic place.

The bed was quite hard. It is really needed to be improved. Despite the pictures with gas stove,we had an electrical stove and it was challenging to cook but manageable.

Everything was perfect! Marisa and her husband are wonderful and attentive hosts. Upon arrival, they provided a transfer service and took us to enjoy delicious Sicilian food. The accommodation was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, very clean, a laundry sink, and a large balcony. The location is ideal, close to markets, great restaurants, and the beautiful and peaceful Mondello beach, which is much better than Cefalù and Palermo.

Everything about Casa Marisa was excellent. Firstly, thank you again to the lovely ladies Marisa and Viviana for ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay and the recommendations of places to visit. Also, for the chats with Viviana - she is super cool! The room is on the 2nd floor and has a wonderful view of the Mondello landscape from the balcony. A good air con system that was a massive help considering I wasn't expecting it to be so hot. The bed is very comfy, absolutely no probs there! The room is very cosy and is perfect for a short, mid or long stay. A table and kitchen to do your own thing if you need. Interesting artwork and aesthetic to the room which I liked, helping it feel like a good place to chill out too. The location is pretty much in the centre of Mondello Area and is in the perfect location. Literally 30 seconds from a supermarket and the main road in Mondello. 90 seconds from the 614 bus stop to the Palermo football stadium (where you switch to get the 101 bus to Palermo City Centre) and 60 seconds from the returning 614 bus from Palermo. About a 12/15 minute stroll to the famous Mondello Beach. Lots of shops, bakeries and restaurants in the area including a lovely wine shop Cantinetta. Sicily is a wonderful place and next year I will go back and see more. Thank you Casa Marisa for adding to a great trip!

Very friendly and hospitable hosts, they picked us up in the late evening at the airport. The apartments are located in a quiet street, everything was fine. 15 min walk to the beach Mondelo
