"What a delightful stay in the Dales!"

Great house and bedrooms with a really interesting layout. The upstairs bedroom with small lounge and large bathroom was exceptional. Location was fabulous and parking made really easy.

"A Gem of a property that’s a home away from home."

The house is clean, very spacious and has everything you need for a home away from home, with a very easy check in and check out system. Me and my family loved our stay and would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone else wanting to stay in the area.

"Loved everything about the house. Location! Location! Location!"

We were staying because of a wedding and Thirsk Races, so the location was perfect for both . The house was clean, comfortable and very quirky with very furnishings and decor. We loved the surprise bottle of wine and cup cakes but could have done with a small milk to make a cuppa when we arrived. We would definitely stay again and also recommend to others . Parking arrangements worked very well too.

Slight road noise when sat in the lounge , but not a real problem.
