Lavender Cottage

Overall lovely and great location

Nothing property was good maybe it could have been a little cleaner but I put most of that down to the age of the property

Clean and well presented. Large garden for dogs

Access to vacuum cleaner would have helped keep cottage clean during stay with 4 adults , 1 baby and 3 dogs

Location was great in the middle of newport and shanklin & Sandown. Very pet friendly, garden was great for the dog. Upstairs room was big and spacious. Other rooms were also good.

Parking was confusing No hoover or mop to clean up after ourselves. We had to go and purchase a dustpan and brush. No recycling options for rubbish.

Well equipped, good location.interesting area.

Small room was a little bit cold.

I liked the privacy above all and very much enjoyed a wander round Arreton Barns. I'd been worried it might be noisy but it was quiet at all times.

There was no freezer compartment of any kind There was no way of making ice or keeping frozen foods. I could easily have managed without the dishwasher and washing machine and it is a pity space hadn't been allocated for some kind of small freezer.
