This property is one of the cheaper ones in Bibione and it shows. If you are expecting a luxury home, you might be disappointed. But if you want to book a place where you pretty much just sleep, maybe make some pasta for lunch and spend the rest of your stay at the beach, you are going to be happy. We are a family of 6 and we enjoyed this place exactly for that. There’s a nice place to get coffee nearby, and restaurants with affordable prices (we recommend Metro bar). There’s a corridor from the appartment that goes right onto the beach - I recommend booking umbrellas at Bosco Canoro. The place is on a quiter part of Bibione, kind of in the middle between Bibione centre and Pineda centre. You can walk 20 minutes east or west to enjoy the nightlife. We went with small kids so we were happy to not get distracted by parties that were obviously happening in the centre. Overall this is a very nice choice if you need to stay on a budget and be close to the beach, I’d recommend it to anyone with these requirements

I somehow missed that with booking you get an umbrella reservation at the beach and even when I asked about it through booking app, I didn’t get an answer. I ended up booking umbrellas myself, so the pre-booked umbrella went to waste. On the other hand, the day of your arrival is the soonest time you can book it, which means your options might be limited - so maybe we chose the better option booking them online ourselves. The place was clean but obviously older. New furniture and pressure cleaning from outside would definitely help spark this place up. The photos of the place seem to suggest there’s a pool right next to the houses, but there’s a single pool for all 20 houses, which we didn’t end up using. Also, there are lot of mosquitoes, so pack a repelent, but that’s obviously not the accommodation’s fault.

Best location of Bibione of you dont want to be in the city. Its spacious. Great garden. Close to Parco del Sole which literally the best bar/restaurant in Bibione.

The grill which is clearly stated in the prescription doesnt have a grid. For 2000 euros you hold back a grid? What a cheap move this is??? Really? Why is it stated that there is grill? Min. 2 mornings there was a construction from 7.00z every other morning they started cutting the grass at 7.30 or 8.00 with a very loud noise. Then my favorite part is that you have to leave the place pristine clean otherwise there is a fee. Again for 2000 euros for 7 nights 3 people… joke man joke..
