Cheerful 2 bedroom house in the heart of Belfast

Location, train at one end of the street bus stop at the other. Plus a friend lives nearby

The front door lock but that’s probably more a me thing. Outlet access in the kids room was blocked by the beds though I’m not sure there is another way to set up the room.

The property is really well located, just half a block to Lisburn Road shops and restaurants. It is also just a very short walk from Adelaide Street Railway Station so accessing public transport is a dream. The house is lovely and warm which we appreciated on a winter Belfast stay. It is a very quiet street and very comfortable. Be aware there are steep steps to access the first floor.

Accomodation was very cozy. Very clean and tidy. Elegantly furnished. Excellent location with all amenities nearby. Parking was easy on the street. The host had kindly agreed to let us check in an hour ahead of the usual check in time. All queries were answered quite promptly by the host via the booking.com messaging site.

Was very cold when we got there. It took almost the whole day for the rooms to warm up after we switched on the heating. Once the rooms warmed up it was fine.

This particular home is a charming and quiet space. I enjoyed having a more “residential” experience (versus a typical hotel room) and this home is, literally, around the bend from most anything you could want for (eating/shopping).

Having access to the house’ thermostat was incredibly helpful, but I wasn’t able to turn the heat up beyond around 72F. Given the time of year (November), it would have been good to warm it up a bit more.
