A Casicedda

Accoglienza da parte del proprietario e consigli forniti sul soggiorno. Casa situata un po' in alto rispetto al porto e alle vie principali con i negozi, ma facilmente raggiungibile e situata in una zona tranquilla. Vicinissima al castello di Lipari.

La terrazza è situata al piano più in alto e la cucina al piano terra, per cui non siamo riusciti a sfruttarla né per cenare né per altri usi.

Tutto semplicemente perfetto! Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario, disponibilissimo e davvero molto cordiale. La posizione è ottima per la vicinanza a tutto, soprattutto al porto e al corso del paese di Lipari. Bellissima terrazza sul tetto, seppur raggiungibile tramite la scala chiocciola, ci ha permesso di cenare in tranquillità sotto alle stelle e con vista castello e mare. Totalmente climatizzato sia con aria condizionata in tutti i piani, che con ventilatore, ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Everything was perfect: location, house, equipment, very kind host. Mille grazie! The house is located directly below the castle and very close to the main road and to the ferry harbour. It provides a private roof terrace, looking at the castle and the sea, perfect for breakfast and in the evening. Please be aware that the house extends across three floors, connected by a charming but narrow spiral staircase. Think twice what things you will need next - or train your legs!

Host is super friendly and welcoming, provides all the info you may need and is easy to get in touch with. Location is nice, wonderful view from the roof top. It's close to shops, restaurants and the harbor. The house is spacious and we'll equipped. AC and WiFi working perfectly. Overall really nice place!

One thing to be aware of is the narrow steps. Every room is on a different level so it's a lot of up and down. Kitchen and bathroom are a bit older, some things could be replaced to offer a bit more comfort. The first floor bed unfortunately was rather uncomfortable, the mattress def has seen better days.

We, 3 friends, were on a few days trip to Lipari and stayed in this appartment. It's located a few minutes walk from the port of hydrofoils, on a platform nearby. To walk the shorter way is climbing a few stairs, maybe 50 meters upwards...or in another direction one can reach via vehicle. The appartment has 2 floors above. 1st floor a big bedroom, and on top a smaller one with balkon facing east. Kitchen and toilett are on ground floor. In the morning you will see sunrise directly on balkon. If that's too early for you in summer, the room is equipped with modern roller shutters. Who wants to enjoy the fresh wind from ocean may find a nice view here. And below the balkon in the neighborhood there's only a restaurant, so not much traffic noise.

The host Davide met us on arrival at the Port and organised taxi transfer to the property and provided us with helpful information. Location was good as close to city centre abd in historic district. Large bedrooms with outdoor terrace with table and chairs, all reached via wooden spiral staircase from kitchen. Kitchen was quite well equipped with adequate seating. The bathroom was adequate, however the shower head fitting needs replacing because it does not stay in position.
