Secret City Courtyard Cottage Within Chester City Walls

This lovely cottage is tucked away from the Main Street but only a few minutes walk and you’re in the bustling high streets of Chester. There is a bus stop right outside on the road. Very quiet and peaceful. The cottage had everything we needed and was clean. The beds are really comfortable and the added bonus of a tv in the main bedroom.

If I had to be picky I would say the only toilet/bathroom is downstairs so could be problematic if you need to get up in the night.

Lovely, cozy cottage. Everything you could need for a short break, in a perfect location, very close to the centre. Great for our family of 4 - like a home from home 😊

Fantastic location very near city centre with easy access to the Roman walls, river walks, museums and shops. Comfy beds, nicely furnished.

It was a lovely property that felt perhaps a little less loved than it used to be? The back yard was weedy and the string of lights were full of water. There were literally 20 wine glasses for a cottage that sleeps 4; now I love a glass of wine but I love useable storage space more!

Location was great and parking was close by. Communication was prompt and the cottage was perfect for us. Great to have amenities provided such as washing up liquid/ foil etc.

Slight mix up on cleaning, however this was addressed timely and a goodwill gesture was provided for the inconvenience. Communication was responsive
