1. House is clean 2. Location & surrounding good 3. Response from owner is fast 4. Cutlery is complete & new 5. Comfortable beds. The big room has 2 queen beds. 2nd room too small. 1 sofa bed at downstairs that we din use. There is a sofa on the first floor that can be used as a bed 6. Umbrella, extension wire that fits Malaysian plugs are provided. Very handy.

1. The toilet downstairs bad smell (owner said it is like that when rain heavily). I thk structural issue or due to water leaking 2. There are water leaking on both floors. The owner is fast to response & can see the effort to resolve the problem but not easy, more work is required.. 3. The garage tiled floor is very slippery when wet due to d rain water from the car.

very clean and hygienic it wit 2 rooms 2 bathrooms 1 kitchen actually this town house

too far to the main town even Tuk Tuk also don’t know the place if walk it took 15min and if take Tuk Tuk 5min😉

Food is at every corner.
