En la reserva figura desayuno incluido y no ha sido así, la cafetera no funciona, salía agua y café por todas lados y había 6 croissants embolsados para 5 días y 4 personas.

Desagüe de la ducha obstruido, se salía el agua e inundó el baño,tuvimos que recoger el agua, después de un día agotador viendo cosas. Interruptores de la luz estropeados.Papel higiénico para 4 personas insuficiente, reclamamos y trajeron. No hay luz natural ni ventilación, en la información hay un balcón que no existe porque la casa es un bajo. En la misma habitación/salón estaba la cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama, por lo que no teníamos intimidad las dos parejas. Según la información que nos ha dado un tal Ale, con quien comunicabamos por WhatsApp,la dueña es Fernanda Rodrigues. El extractor de olores del baño, estropeado, al ponerlo en marcha hacía un ruido espantoso. Hemos pagado la tasa turística 30€ en efectivo y el recibo que nos han hecho parece una broma, no sabemos dónde va a ir a parar ese dinero, no tienen TPV y por transferencia ha sido rechazada. QUEREMOS UNA COMPENSACIÓN ECONÓMICA DEL 50%. Si me dan un correo les paso la conversación por WhatsApp con el tal Ale.

We booked the apartment at the last minute, just an hour before arriving. The apartment was very hard to find up scruffy backstreets and in an old shabby looking building. At first when we got inside we were pleasantly surprised as it was quite spacious, however there was a damp smell that immediately hit us. The sofa in the main area was badly stained, there were scuffs all over the walls and the bedding felt damp. As I suffer from asthma I asked the manager if we could get a refund so we could book somewhere else more suitable. This was refused even with evidence of the photos. Booking.com also requested this on my behalf but they refused again. As I'd only paid an hour before it was highly unlikely that someone else would have had the opportunity to book so feel it unfair that they refused. We didn't stay there in the end and paid again somewhere more suitable.

Sehr liebevoll und aufwändig renoviert, in einem kleinen Mehrfamilienhaus, wo man den Mietern quasi in die Wohnung schaut. Die Lage im Zentrum ist auch hervorragend, alles kann man erlaufen!

Vorherige Mieter haben die Einrichtung sehr nachlässig behandelt. Solche Spuren an z.B. Küchenmöbeln entstehen nur durch Gewalt. Wer das hier liest: nein, es ist nicht in Ordnung eine geliehene Sache derart runterzurocken! Die Vermieterin berichtete von Zigaretten, die auf dem Sofa ausgedrückt wurden!! Tatsächlich roch die Wohnung auch nach Qualm, den wir aber zum Glück durch lüften los wurden.

The apartment was brand new and really well located in Salerno old town (which is the best area). Our host was really helpful and responded to any messages quickly. We'd highly recommend staying here to visit the rest of the Amalfi Coast by car, train or ferry. We hired a car for a couple of days and visited a lido in Agropoli and visited pompeii and vesuvius the other day with the car. Parking is not free, but cheap compared to UK in a large, safe underground car park in the port. Do not use the car to go to Amalfi/Ravello....it is ridiculously busy. The ferry is best

The apartment, the beds and the bathroom were very clean, and the host was very responsive and friendly

The air was heavy, small windows, the apartment smelled like a basement. The breakfast was just store-bought croissants.
