"Superb"

It was in a great location and it was great for the kids - with a park on-site. The passes to the China Fleet Country Club were also a great addition - my kids loved the pool. The appliances all worked great. There was a washing machine and dryer which was useful.

The WiFi was non-existent, and we were unable to connect for the whole stay. The drainage in the showers was not great, and the shower in the main bathroom was basically inoperable. The cottage smelled a little of cigarette smoke.

we were welcomed to the comfortable, clean Elm cottage with a wonderful Xmas card, some delicious mince pies and our very own Xmas tree. thank-you to the Crylla Valley Cottage team for making this stay a very special one for our family!!

nice quite place within access to Plymouth shops and restaurants. clean and comfortable

The hot water system is old tank base. Combi boiler can do better.
