located in a great place, equipped with everything you need for a holiday home. The house was stunning and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful throughout! also plenty of room for parking and garage was full of activities including darts and beach equipment.

only downside was the master bedroom got extremely hot, almost as if there’s underground heating in that room alone and the air con kept shutting off after 5 minutes

The property was spacious, clean and ideally situated, minutes from the beach, very close to the high street and lovely zoo.

It was located in a great place with the beach within walking distance and easy access to bus routes.

Upon arriving the property manager was not contactable and still at the end of the stay has not responded to my messages. Though there is a barbecue with coal supplied, there was no lighter or fluid to start it. There was also no cutlery (knives, forks, spoons), we even had to use the pizza cutter to cut vegetables. The shower in the master bedroom en-suite was clogged as just running the water for 2 minutes would result in water covering your feet.

We had a fantastic holiday. Relaxing in the hot tub was a highlight. Extra games and dartbord in the garage were a nice surprise. Excellent communication from Suzanne.

As there was only air con in the 2 back bedrooms, fans for the 3rd bedroom and downstairs would have been welcomed when it was very hot.

New build, clean, dedicated parking space, all amenities that you might possible need.

A bit noisy at times from the motel bar behind the patio area. They played the music really loud, so didn't spend much time having meals outside even though it was a lovely area. However, not enough to ruin our stay - we just closed the back door.

Great Sea location

All the stay i enjoyed
