Minor point, but the opaque glass at the balcony blocks the view of the ocean
GBLocation great, beach opposite with lovely views. Apartment had a lovely layout, all towels and bedding felt very premium. Shower water pressure good, nice hot water when required. Underfloor heating worked well. Washer dryer was great Do take time to read through the welcome book, a few things on timer switches which you have to set to get the Towel rads and Lounge Lamp to turn on
The tiles on the balcony are not stuck down as you step out, very easy to catch your toes on sharp edges. Could have done with more frying pans (only 1 provided and it wasn't very big, or premium). The oven was difficult to figure out, you really have to read the manual to understand it.
GBNice flat, well equipped. Good location, but sadly Sandown is becoming rundown
Could hear the people in the flat above us stomping around Building site next-door was a bit of a pain. Noise from before 8am even on a Saturday. Building work made the pathways and entrance muddy. Our car (in the no. 23 parking space as instructed) was blocked in several times by builders' vans and we had to find someone to move their vehicle so we could get our car out.
GBAs a result of what we didn't like (below), 2 lovely ladies, One of whom I believe cleans the property, helped us gain access and we were soon in and happy.
We were sent several codes (PIN's) with our booking details and it was a little confusing which One to use to access the property.
