Apartment was clean.

AVOID — Intimidating & Unprofessional Host The host withheld the air conditioning remote despite it being included in the listing and ignored my messages when I asked for help. We DIDN'T sleep the first night due to the heat. After my partner requested reimbursement through Booking.com, the host called me aggressively, harassed me repeatedly while I was at work insisting I “take back” the request, and only offered late check-out if I cancelled it. Things became even worse when the electricity, hot water, and even the gate switch for exiting by car were TURNED OFF. After 10 PM, the host repeatedly banged on my door demanding I speak to her, after I asked to send me a message and both she and her partner behaved in an intimidating manner that made me feel unsafe. Whilst verbally abusing me by the stairs, I said this situation had never happened to me before as it was absolutely out of order to which she responded with "there is a first time for everything" with a grin on her face. There was a linking door to her apartment which wasn't soundproof at all, so didn't sleep the second night either after our discussion. Completely ruined our stay. This was one of THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL stays I have experienced.

Pas de climatisation, store de terrasse hors service, pas de micro-ondes, pas de bol pour le petit déjeuner, draps froissé, pas de housse de protection sous les oreillers, pas de dessus de lit ni couverture, les 2 lampes de chevets cassée réparé avec du scotch. le prix du ménage en espèce n'est pas justifié

Cet appartement, idéalement situé à quelques minutes de San Remo, offre une commodité de stationnement appréciable. L'environnement immédiat contribue à un séjour agréable et sans contraintes. Cet atout renforce l'attrait général de la propriété pour ses résidents.

Bonjour, nous avons récemment séjourné dans votre établissement et tenions à partager notre retour. Concernant le confort, nous avons malheureusement constaté que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. De plus, l'impossibilité de profiter de la terrasse à l'ombre fut assez dommageable. Nous espérons que ces points pourront être améliorés pour les futurs occupants. Nous avons du partir pour la deuxième nuits prévue à se lieu car intenable concernant la chaleur

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente, pulito e profumato, davvero molto grazioso, accessoriato bene. Bellissimo il terrazzo vista mare. Posizione sopraelevata, quindi con un po' di salita, ma comunque comodo per discesa sul lungomare o per una passeggiata nel centro. Vicinanza di supermercati ottima. Se dovessi tornare a Sanremo lo sceglierei nuovamente.

In realtà nulla. Mi è piaciuto tutto. Forse l'unica cosa, è che la struttura mancava di coperte, benché le temperature siano piacevoli durate il giorno la sera si avvertiva quel senso di fresco ed essendoci solo lenzuola ci siamo arrangiate con telo o felpa a modi coperta. Per il resto tutto piacevolissimo.
