Maison Beaux-Arts

I liked it here. I liked that it's located in the city centre and everything was a 5-ish minute walk. The apartment is exceptional for this pricepoint and it was the most luxurious stay in my trip to Sanremo. It's spacious and easily able to accommodate 4 people. The wifi works well for today's standards.

The main issue is the sound isolation, we were able to hear everything coming from outside. What doesn't help is the fact that you are right next to a busy road, even at night. The sound is even worse in the bedroom without the wardrobe room. The next biggest problem is the parking, you're going to struggle to find a free parking space and even more so if you want free parking. The other things that I don't like about this accommodation are just small nitpicks, which on one hand weren't that bad, but I feel like I should include them too. There is just one key to the cage leading to the apartment, meaning if someone else locks it and takes the key with them you are essentially locked out of the apartment and have to wait for them to let you in. Next is that one of the bathrooms has a quirky lock mechanism and can't be locked on some occasions, at least in my experience. Also the water takes ages to warm up, not a big deal for those who like cold showers but do expect a delay if you want a warm one. Now I should say this again, the accommodation is really luxurious those were just tiny nitpicks (apart from the sound and parking issues, those can be a real dealbreaker for some) and bad stuff sticks out more than the nice things. If I were to go to Sanremo ever again, I would stay here, but I definitely wouldn't go by car next time.

We had an amazing time at Maison Beaux-Arts! The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient, especially for a family. The highlight was definitely the sunny terrace — perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes from the beach, close to shops, restaurants, and all the main sights. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!😃

Spacious appartment! High standard and perfekt for a family of 4.

Excellent location. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of space and wonderful terrace that catches the sun from first thing in the morning. It’s on the 4th and top floor of the building. Loved that there are 2 bathrooms.

One bedroom is very noisy and a lot of light coming through.

The balcony was a highlight of the property. It offered a fantastic outdoor area where I view from the balcony was good and spending time there was a true pleasure. Whether it was sipping a morning coffee or watching the sunset, the balcony added a special touch to my stay. One of the notable advantages of this Airbnb was the presence of two bathrooms.

Incredible location. Clean, spacious apartment with a nice view on the sea. Very friendly staff as well. San Remo is a nice and relaxed coastal town with good restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
