Bei Schneetreiben im Pool liegen = neue Erfahrung. Anlage mit fünf Häusern, aber alle weit genug voneinander entfernt. Somit genug Privatsphäre. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Südwesten gut und schnell erreichbar (Gullfoss, Thingvellir, Strokkur usw, Reykjavik 1h 10´). Minimale Lichtverschmutzung. Ideal für Polarlichter! Bester Aussichtspunkt 20m vom Haus entfernt. Schlüssel über Code und Schlüsselbox problemlos. Einkaufen 20 Minuten in Selfoss möglich. Wir waren begeistert!

Loved the hot tub, what a nice addition even when it was rainy and windy! Really quiet and a relaxing view. Really wonderful deck space!

I think there needs to be a little privacy from the other cabins, this could simply be done by doing something with the little window that faces the big windows of the other cabin. I sent a message asking for more towels as our other ones were wet from the first night using the hot tub, but there was no response. Maybe if you just left 4 towels since we stayed two nights. There's no where to dry towels except over the heat register which was not ideal, the towel rack the bathroom was nice but not sufficient. Also the texture on cover of the down comforter was very itchy on legs and arms, it looked cute, but did not feel good. Maybe just a quick note about taking a right at the sign as you enter the dirt road, instead of watching the whole video on how to get to your place that was filmed during the snow.

広くて、家電、食器類も使用でき、料理も出来て最高でした。 何不自由なく生活することが出来ました。 露天風呂も最高でした♨️ ケリズ火口湖やゴールデンサークル、ラウガラスラグーンからも近くてとても便利でした！

The property was perfect. We received a whole guide to the place, explaining how to get there and where all our different facilities were. We also received an early check in at no extra cost which was extremely helpful for us. The owners were attentive and kept in touch to check in on us. The stay was amazing, thankyou so much. I would highly recommend to anybody !

Für zwei Personen gut Platz. Grosszügiges Badezimmer. Alles in allem war das Haus sauber. Bis auf die Küche! Danke den vorangegangenen Gästen…

Die Küche war Schmutzig. Ja wir haben einen erhöhten Bedarf an Sauberkeit. Wenn das Backblech aber trieft vor Fett und Schmutz, das Besteck Essenreste aufweist und der Fettfilter der Dunsthaube tropft, dann ist das nicht toll.

Our stay at Eyvík Cottages was very well prepared by the owners with excellent information about how to get here and how everything works. The view into the wide plane with snowcapped peaks in the far distance is very impressive and calming. Beautiful mosses and lychens on the old rocks around. The hot tub is exquisite. Everything inside the cottage well equipped and comfortable. Many beautiful nature sites accessible by a short drive - as early birds we where often on our own in the sunrise. We enjoyed five nights here and would always happily come back.

Bardzo ciche i spokojne miejsce, w domku bardzo czysto i nic nie brakowało. Ciepła woda w hot pocie, Nie wiem kto zamówił pogodę na nasz wyjazd ale skorzystaliśmy ze słońca grilla i kąpieli. Super miejsce na weekendowy wyjazd. Właściciel bardzo miły i pytał czy czegoś nam potrzeba. Miejsce na pewno warte polecenia znajomym😄Dziękujemy.
