Really cozy place to stay in a stunning location. Slettvold is really special. We were so well looked after. The living space, including brand new kitchen was an excellent base for snowy adventures. We can’t wait to go back in the summer.

The owners, staying next door, are very friendly. They came over to alert us when the northern lights appeared. And we saw the most beautiful dancing aurora right outside of the house!

One of the bedrooms and the washing machine are in the basement - the stairs are a bit steep for one with knee weakness.

Renovated kitchen, friendly and welcoming host, reachable anytime as they live next door, 10-15 min drive to the lake hiking area, bed was made upon check-in, competitive price for an entire detached house, pretty quiet location although close to the road

Tap water had brownish colour due to rains, uncomfortable bed but it was okay for two nights
