Prachtig oud wevershuisje. Knus ingericht met oog voor de geschiedenis van de Tilburgse textielindustrie. Dichtbij het centrum en toch een hele rustige straat. Parkeren voor de deur. We waren er maar één nacht dus de jacuzzi hebben niet gebruikt. Wel leuk dat deze er is. Binnen is het groter dan de voorkant van het huisje doet vermoeden. Het toeval wil dat de rest van het rijtje Tilburgse huisjes in het Arnhemse Openluchtmuseum staat. De stad waar wij vandaan komen.

Beautiful little house with character, yard an a great location. Lots of room inside.

Nice neighbour, quiet area. The place is lovely, very authentic. Beds very comfortable. Close to the city centre, about 10 min walk. Very responsive host

Nothing in particular, maybe be aware that the stairs are steep

The hot tub was to much work And hard to drain

The tiny house looks cute, and has some bonus features such as a coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine. The little garden is amazing too.

Not really in the city centre, quite cold, beds were hard (al four of us had a sore back after 1 night), no shower curtain (bathroom was flooded after 3 of us took a shower), and one of the bedrooms is tiny (we kept bumping against the ceiling with our feet). Lastly, we only received info about the hottub in the very last mail before arrival: you have to buy 4-5 bags of wood (40-50 euros), fill it up, and then heat it for 2+ hours while stirring every 15 minutes. So if you want to enjoy the hottub, you have to spend 3 hours preparing...

Quiet neighborhood that is still very close to the city center. The house is nicely decorated and feels private.

The kitchen could use some more and better appliances, although it's perfectly fine for a short stay.

Great locatiion, typical dutch house, you have everything you need, basic features available.

Good location, interesting house and good facilities

The host requests a €5 per person, per night "tourist tax" to be paid in cash only. Don't make the same mistake I did - do not pay this. The tourist tax is already included in the booking.com fee. When both booking.com and I reached out to the host about this incorrect charge, he ignored us. The house is old and charming, but uninsulated and very cold, even indoors. The thermostat was locked on 15 degrees, which is pretty cold for indoors in winter.
