Upon arrival, the lock box code didn't work. Our driver was able to communicate with the owner and get the correct code. The front main door opens into the kitchen. A very rusted side on the sink with extremely sharp edges is a hazard to watch out for. The sliding glass doors did not latch. The chain was easy to open from the outside by simply sliding the door and reaching in. A metal pin was on the floor, apparently to be inserted in the second door, but that was of no value as it wouldn't stay. We tried blocking the door closed and tightening up the chain... I contacted the owner. He said he would fix the door. We agreed to meet with his dad, who was going to fix the door. A 2 1/2" COCKROACH was the first thing I saw on the floor in my room the next morning. Another was in the bathroom. That did it for me. I contacted the owner again. We left for my cancer treatments. While there, another couple told us about a beautiful, clean (GUATENTEED NO COCKROACHES) place with a pool, hot tub, on the ocean... it was $100 / night instead of $50 and 100% worth it. We did not meet with the dad. I just couldn't stay in a house with cockroaches and a rusty metal sink.. even if they were going to fix the doors. The owner did not refund any part of the $329 that I paid for 6 nights. Booking.com said they were unable to contact him Would I ever stay there again? NO

its very spacious, however the furniture arrangement doesn’t makes the best of it. the area is good easy access and close to general stores and some food places. also, Playas de tijuana is rather small so everything is just a short drive away The manager where responsive and kind. they provided good customer service.

the furniture is old and oddly placed, and as spected a funky “old” like smells comes whit them. Said smell went away after letting the place breathe for a while.
