6 Bedroom Tuscan Styled Home in Umdloti Beach

Size,Location and view.

State of the facilities. Some lights not working, hardly any hangers, no spoons. No desert spoons, inadequate glasses. The extractor hood was filthy dirty. Light in extractor hood didn’t work. No cupboards in two bedrooms. Pool was not usable and not attended to for 5 days. Gas braai filthy dirty. Internet did not work for 3 days. Incorrect codes given for accessing property. The area surrounding the house had not been properly maintained and cleaned. Washing line broken, tumble drier had not been properly maintained. We had to clean the filter to make it usable. A FIRE HAZARD!! No proper supervision for cleaning and maintenance. See photos attached:- first 2 photos kitchen extractor hood and plugs. Greasy and filthy 3rd photo swimming pool green with filthy surround. 4th photo indicative of general house maintenance and poor cleaning.

The monkeys in the area. But nothing not to like about the house!!!0

It was spacious, plenty of room for our guests. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful ocean views from several bedrooms. The contact was approachable and helpful.

One downside was the monkeys. Unfortunately one of the group left the bathroom window open and the monkeys managed to get in🤦🏽‍♀️ making a mess. We were warned though haha… We couldn’t work out how second washing machine worked.

Amazing views and closeness to the beach. Large, spacious home.

Kitchen needs updating.

The location is ideal with a serene view of the ocean and beach albeit the beach being dirty.

There was nothing not to like on the property. Would highly recommend it to everyone!!
