Älteres Bauernhaus, welches sich in einer schönen Gegend, nahe am Wald befindet. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, befindet sich leider in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Viele Sachen sind alt, aber wendungsfähig. Das Haus müsste mal komplett renoviert werden.
