"Good location but maintenance needed."

Clean, comfortable, great location and free parking.

On arrival we could not open the front door(safety issue). Rang the owner they wanted a video and to ask the cleaner as obviously didn't believe us. They sent someone round and they fixed it. Back door very stiff and difficult to use - needs a service. Bathroom door cannot shut it, this was mentioned by numerous guests in the book since last year at least. Garden scruffy and uncared for, chairs locked away no code to gain access. We stayed here 4 years ago and it was ok. Seems like they are not keeping up with maintenance and just taking the money. Shame as it's a great location for Skipton.

"We had a lovely stay with our 3 grandchildren but couldn’t sit out in the garden as no garden furniture as advertised.If"

Very comfortable bed, good shower,Netflix, internet,well equipped kitchen.Very near the town.Lovely little house.

At the bottom of a very steep hill but we found a less hilly walk into the town.Back yard was very scruffy with no table and chairs and the front door and entrance was very dirty and unappealing.

The bathroom door needs fixing. The sofa was fit for purpose but it would be nice to have one that is a bit more comfortable

"Comfortable , clean & spacious property ideally situated close to Skipton town centre."

Quiet location near centre. Very clean & comfortable. Spacious, warm & good facilities.

Bathroom door difficult to close. Toilet flush button felt loose & like it might easily break. Back gate was stiff & hard to open initially, required a hefty push. Nothing major.
