It was a cosy warm little house. Perfectly clean. Able to park right outside front door. Would recommend to others.

Front bedroom quite noisy from traffic but only during rush hours which wasn't a problem for me. .

Fully functional kitchen. Support was available from the owner when I called for the room heater to be repaired. Coffee plunger worked a charm.

Upon arrival the house had a very stale, odd smell throughout and was really unpleasant. Thankfully there as a vacuum which we used immediately, however the vacuum cleaner was completely full with dust and dirt which needed to be cleaned before use. Several vacuums later the house did smell fresher. The washing machine smelled very damp and had dirt marks and mildew around the detergent loader, I opted to use a laundry service instead. The bed was very uncomfortable, the springs feel broken and provides uneven and disproportionate support across the entire mattress surface.

As we were selg catering the fascilities in the kitchen could be improved . eg. 1 small saucerpan and 1 small frying pan was not enough. There was no kitchen roll, no scrubber to clean pots, cups etc. - hence we left a mug on the side which was very stained. The toilet roll nor the washing up liquid were new and both ran out during our 2 day stay.
