Good value and very quiet area. Some nice freebies as well.

A bit of walk uphill but we expected it as per review anyway.

Location was amazing and Carthew court was a lovely place to stay

Bed was rock hard and uncomfortable and main form of seating in living area too low and uncomfortable

Close to the beach and perfect size for a short break with 2 kids

Hard to find. Didnt receive email before we arrived.

Quite a nice apartment which was clean and well fitted out.

Check in time is strictly after 5pm while check out is not later than 10am. These times, while they are becoming more and more the norm, are nevertheless unreasonable.

Location, good size for a couple and pup!, outside space (although not fenced off), comfy bed, well equipped kitchen

Sofa/sofabed - really uncomfortable, didn’t feel could relax on it No freezer, not even a small one built into fridge - we had pre bought groceries and had to throw some of them away

Bathroom fan always running, sofa bed uncomfortable and just a bit basic

The apartment was clean, well lit, and fully equipped. It's located wiithin a short walk of the town centre and beaches (steep walk back, but that's St Ives). Also a short walk to the south west coastal path. It was useful to have an allocated parking garage. The apartment has a good and spacious shower. There are plenty of places to charge devices. The goodie bag on arrival was a lovely touch.

The apartment was very cold in the evenings, particularly in the main living area. Some throws or similar would've been welcome. Although not the fault of this apartment, as the apartment complex welcomes dogs, some dog owners were obviously not picking up after their pooches, so extra care had to be taken in outside communal spaces.
