The property had everything you could need and more! There is a whole kitchenette (not photographed on booking sites) which is fantastic and has everything you need including a coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. The view from the living window is second to none, so much so, most mornings were spent with the window wide open listening to the waves. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed and found it comfortable, they had even left a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. It’s sold us so much that we plan to come back next year!

The only fault really was the tv. Its signal was awful! Luckily we logged in to Netflix but it was a bit annoying, especially when the small tv in the bedroom worked fine.

Location was perfect and apartment was clean and comfortable.

The plugs are too close to the floor struggled to plug in hairdryer and charges but we did manage it

3rd time we've been, won't be last either, spectacular views, home from home, if you need it, its in the flat somewhere, perfect location

Lovely bright, spacious. King size bed. Very clean, good condition. Fabulous views!

Not much! Would have liked to have been able to gain access via the Terrace gated garage but couldn’t see how to do that.

Wonderful view over Porthminster beach. Lovely wide bed, and great little extras like beach furniture - beach chairs, parasol and windbreaker.

The view over Porthminster Beach was outstanding and the best thing about our stay. The main bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed was good enough. The welcome pack provided was very much appreciated after a long journey and the kitchen had everything you needed. The shower was great with decent pressure.

Check-in at 5pm was quite late when you've travelled a long way and just want to get in.

Good size of the apartment, well equipped and clean, very comfortable bed, amazing view from the window ( SEA ), very close to the beach. Pubs and restaurants about 10 min walk.
