The location, the cleanliness, the space and the correspondence with property owner which made an easy check in.

Possibly a few washing machine tablets could have been handy and some cling wrap/ packaging items would have come in handy for travellers that can’t buy things to take back home overseas

We actually stayed here for 47 days as we moved to the UK from the states. This was a wonderful property. Perfect for us to get started in this country. It has everything we could have asked for and more. Helen and her husband when out of their way to accommodate us, even prying my clothes out of a washer that broke (and they replaced). It’s in a great location in St. Ives walking distance to everything. It really felt like home for the entire time we were there! We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

The property is adjacent to a pub, so sometimes it can get a little loud outside, but I really only noticed it one night (during Easter) when the music was very loud. Certainly not something the owners can control.

Excellent location in the centre of St Ives, but in a quiet residential Court yard. The facilities were superb, with a very well proportioned kitchen and diner, a cosy lounge, comfortable beds and a lovley long bath. It is a very well heated house too, ideal for a mid winter stay.

Nothing to complain about. It was excellent.
