Charming cottage in WINDSOR - WALK TO CASTLE &SHOPS! - By Tempstay

Great little house! Beautifully decorated and presented. Facilities were great, everything you need for a short or longer stay. Lounge was comfortable with a sofa to seat two or three and flat screen TV. Kitchen was well presented and well equipped. Bedrooms were bright and comfortable, beds were made and bedding was clean and of good quality. Bathroom is small but well proportioned. Location was excellent, an easy walk to Windsor Castle. Also and as a runner it was lovey to run into Windsor and down the Long Mile. No allocated parking but we were able to park (free) on the next street. Overall a fantastic stay and we would book again.

Not a ‘didnt like’ just a comment. It was lovely to have a little courtyard and I sat in this in the morning with a cuppa and my book. It’s a great space and could be made even better with a few plants and some new furniture. Like I said not a complaint !

The location was great. It was on a quiet street and it was walking distance to groceries, food and Windsor Castle. It gave me a lot to do while I was by myself. I would highly recommend.

Having a dryer for your clothes. Mine were still wet before I had to leave.

Nice house, near to the centre and shops. Nice walk to the Windsor Castle. Nice and clean bedrooms with clean beddings and towels. Kitchen good prepare for family.

Toilet was noising and leaking. Shower was litte bit mud and whater was going out to the floor when you take shower. To small sofa for 4 people, no coffe table in livingroom.

Nice little cottage, perfect for a short stay, pet friendly, comfy beds and clean.

The cottage is right on the flight path into Heathrow, so low flying aircraft coming into land constantly, every minute, so quite loud. Parking is via a free car park a short distance away, which was ok, but not ideal. None of these are the fault of the owners, but something to be aware of.

The little road was very sweet and quiet. We absolutely loved the accommodation it was Incredible and the location was perfect. Parking was ok we found something up the road which was good. It was clean and had everything we could ever need to cook meals.

The company asking for extra money deposits and ID before hand was annoying as it looked like a scam and was nonstop. We had a wonderful stay thank you.
