Higashiyama Chitaru in Kanazawa

I really enjoyed my stay at Higashiyama Chitaru in Kanazawa. The hosts were so easy to contact, and they replied promptly. The home was in a fantastic location, very close to the beautiful Higashi Chaya District, and only about 20 minutes walk from the gorgeous Kenrokuen Garden and about 15 minutes walk to Omicho Market for lots of delicious lunch options. I was staying with friends, and all of us slept well, as the beds were very comfortable. The bedroom on the main floor is very quiet, while the bedroom on the upper floor does get some traffic noise. The bathroom was great, with a large shower and bathtub, and we really appreciated the washing machine and the dryer that dried our clothes quickly and efficiently (much more quickly than most driers we had used in Japan). The living room has plenty of space, with a large table as well as a couch, so we had lots of space to stretch out in the evenings. We requested a late check-out, and our hosts graciously provided this for us, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Kanazawa, for the excellent location and the comfortable beds.

The upstairs bedroom does get some traffic noise, and as other reviewers have mentioned, the beeping from the street crossing. However, the hosts thoughtfully provided a jar full of earplugs, so they were available as needed. I slept in the upstairs bedroom and the noise didn't bother me, but it was nice to have the earplugs available just in case. The beeping from the street crossing noise does stop at night... I went to bed at about 11pm and it was not beeping at that time.

Groot, comfortabel en goedkoop. Onze peuter werd erg ziek en meneer Takara heeft ons urenlang begeleiding geboden. Heeft ons naar artsen gebracht, daar aan onze zijde gebleven en getolkt waar nodig. Zeer dankbaar.

It was very comfortable for 3 people. We had a room each. It had six beds but that would have made the living area very crowded. The owners were very interactive and thoightful.

Was disappointed when we arrived to find it was on a busy road. However once inside it was fine

地點很好,離公車站牌也很近.走一站就到熱鬧東茶屋街.晚上吃飯也很方便.屋主也很貼心準備了許多吃的.屋內的電磁爐更是幫上大忙.因天冷熱上牛奶.茶真的很棒.

覺得這間房屋住六個人會比較舒適.我們這次住八個人.樓上房間有點擠,行李也沒地方放.

部屋が清潔でとても快適に過ごすことができた。
